Antoinette, the manager is a great asset to your company! All the other employees were very professional and helped me many times with copies" and assistance with my tv remote, even showing me how to download a phone app for the ability to scan things on my phone as a pdf vs taking photos of the documents and printing or emailing or emailing. Really great staff all around. Any future travel to Houston, which I do anticipate withing a few months, I will be booking and staying with this hotel at this exact location even though it is not very close to where I need to go during my Houston stay. The breakfast was good but the main star was the lady when we got there I believe her name was Antoinette and she made us feel like we have been there a hundred times very friendly and had a whole conversation with my daughter about why we were there for a show we were going to see. And the other staff we came in contact with including cleaning and other front desk staff were all friendly. Absolutely amazing would recommend to anyone going to visit the area!

I have stayed here several times. The staff is always over the top friendly and very helpful. Lobby and rooms are very clean. Breakfast is hot and has variety - one of the better complimentary breakfast buffetts I have had. Rooms have extra seating and a decent size desk and nice TV. Property is very quiet. I like the value for the money and the location. There is always someone at the front desk anytime you walk by.

Staff were helpful when told about the poor condition of the desk chair and lamp. They fixed lamp and replaced the chair ,which was also in poor but not as bad as other chair. Staff stated the hotel is in process of being sold and their hands are tied regarding furniture/chair replacement. We used a bench in the room to sit at desk ; workable but a bit wobbly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Fresh coffee, orange juice, and breakfast were clean and healthy. And I was grateful that the female staff working at the front desk in the morning kept the breakfast fresh and well done. Also, I appreciated the kindness of the staff as always.
